Susan Waterfield is the retired president of The Waterfield Group, a consulting firm that worked with many organizations in Canada and internationally. Previously, Lee was chief secretary in the United Kingdom and Ireland Territory, an appointment he also held in the Canada and Bermuda Territory. Ordained and commissioned as a Salvation Army officer in 1983, Lee married then Lieutenant Debbie Smith following her commissioning in 1984.
